By default, we apply a natural beige sole unless otherwise specified. Our current selection of sole colors includes black, beige, and dark pink, with occasional limited editions in blue or orange.

Please note: As part of our updated brand policy, we do not apply red soles for our footwear.

Best thing about Tajna Shoes is that we can customize your shoes according to the measures that you provide. Although every model have a specific mold, we are able to stretch the size to fit your measurements as much as possible.

And if your size really does not fit the model at all, we reach out and inform you about it.

All Tajna Heels are for all genders. We produce shoes that range from UK1 to UK13, EU32 to EU45, US Women's2 to Us Men's 15.

The production for your shoes is 7-15 days. After that we ship the order via express international shipping and Royal Mail for UK orders, it takes about 2-3 days to reach, depending on where you are located in the world.

Unfortunately yes, especially on the lower side of the options, 13 cm heel would never look like a 16 cm or 19 cm heel. Besides the height, the type of heel that we use for 13 cm is different and often a thicker type. So we may easily say that the look on 13 cm would be completely different.

We always advise against choosing the 13 cm heel, however we keep the option because some of our customers really do prefer that height although they know that the look is not the same.

So once again, we would like to emphasize that the 13 cm heel would not give the same design as the higher heels, as the heel type also changes.
